Resident Evil 1 actors, then and now!

I got inspired by the guy who found a picture of Sergio Jones (AKA Albert Wesker). What do they look like now? Well, after much research it seems that the voice actors where infact the actors in the Cast intro. But none of them got any credit at the end credits as they were put down under a pseudonym. The names that was mention there was "Inezh" for Jill, "Charlie" for Chris, "Grégory" for Barry and so on. Let's take a look, shall we?

Albert Wesker (Sergio Jones)

Sergio has been in Baywatch a few times, and also in other series but only small roles

Chris Redfield (Scott McCulloch)

Scott has been acting and voice acting. Games like Time Crisis games, Tekken etc, but also acting in films and mini series. Belive me, he has changed quite a bit since the old days.

Jill Vallentine (Una Kavanagh)

Una has been busy with acting in "Fair City" until 2009. Who knew? Other then that she has been in tv-shows, but only small roles.

And of course we've got Barry Burton (Barry Gjerde). And I did not know this but he is in fact from Norway! That's epicly awesome in my book.

Barry has been busy with voice acting in Japan. Games such as Time Crisis, Virtua Fighter 5, Shenmue II etc. He's even been working for major companies such as Sony, Capcom (of course) and a lot more as an translater.

Rebecca Chambers (Lynn Harris)

I really don't know if this is her, but she does have some resemblance like the ear and nose. You'll have to be the judge. Still, she was the one who directed the voice actors in the original Resident Evil aswell as she had the voice of Rebecca. Now she is an actress, musician/director and owns a production company.

Hope you guys like this, because it was a pain in the ass to find most of this info, and pictures

Ugh, I can't find Rebecca either. Everything I'm finding just says that she was played by an unknown model credited as "Linda."

Thanks you guys, it was a ***** to find the pictures aswell as the actors names. IMDB was usless

But yeah, Rebecca, 1-2-3-GO!

It's interesting to see how they've changed compared to back then, you'd of never thought most of them were in it looking at them now.

That's who I found for Rebecca but I could never find a picture where she actually looked sort of the same. Glad you found this one, though, I can see the resemblance better.

If you look at Chris's left eye, and Scotts left eye, you can see that the eye is slightly crocked. Man he has changed. I still can't belive that Barry is Norwegian. He was born just a few hours drive from here

I see the thing with the eye and they have the same nose...same jawline...even with all that it's just hard to believe when you take in everything at the same time.

I didn't know Barry was Norwegian. Does he still live there or has he moved to Japan, what with all that voice acting he's doing over there?

By the way, does anyone know who did the "Resident Evil" thing when you start a new game? (He's also the guy who introduces the cast in the video below.) I'd bet money on it that I've heard that voice announce the fights on Tekken before.

Oh and here's the full intro in case anyone was interested in seeing our actors in action. WARNING, this is probably different from the version you saw if you live where they cut out the more gruesome parts and it's in color.

She sure is. Well if I understood correctly then yes, we works as a voice actor and english translater for Sony, Capcom and a lot more.

I think his name was Ward E. Sexton, the guy with the "Rseident Evil" voice

^I know! Still epic after all this time. (Even if it is a bit corny.) Nothing Capcom will ever do with this series beats the horror of the first game, or playing the first game for the first time.

I love those UnWired TV interviews. They interviewed Allison Court, Mercier of course, Roger Craig Smith, and DC Douglas too. Possibly others, but not that I know of, except Julia Voth, who didn't voice Jill but her face was used for her.
